| A-Frame / Sidewalk | A-Frame & Sidewalk Signs
A-Frame and sidewalk signs provide a dynamic, portable way to advertise in public places. Constructed of sign faces on a sturdy but lightweight frame, they are a great way to get the attention of passing pedestrians and drivers, or to attract consumers within your building. Sign-GrafX can supply all or part of your sidewalk sign, depending on your ability to build the basic frame. A variety of types and sizes of pre-fab frames are available, or we can custom build an original for you. Complete high quality sidewalk signs start at about $300 and can reach $600 or more, depending on how fancy you want it. Local sign ordinances often dictate whether or not you will be allowed to put up a sidewalk sign, since it is usually left on a public sidewalk in a high-traffic area. The ordinances also tell you what size the A-Frame can be, etc. In addition to the usual permit from the building inspector's office, it is possible you may need a special permit from the DPW. You may need to renew this permit every year. |
